I was first introduced to the concept of “low carb” as a child, when I stumbled across my father’s copy of an old Atkins book from the 1970s. At the time, it didn’t leave much of an impression. It wasn’t until my early 30s—after trying countless diets, exercise programs, supplements, and even some unconventional methods—that I found myself seriously searching for something that would actually work.
Despite my efforts—workout plans, pills, powders, breathing techniques, sweating routines, laughter yoga, even a fair amount of pleading and praying—nothing seemed to stick. Then I came across a clinic that promoted a low-carb lifestyle, and I decided to give it a try. At that point, I felt like I had exhausted every other option. To my surprise, this time, something finally clicked. It worked.
What I share here is based entirely on my personal experiences, insights, and the many different approaches I’ve explored along the way. This journey isn’t just about keto—it’s about the process of trial and error, learning, adapting, and growing through various lifestyle changes.
